Job Description
* Handle and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensure all payments are made promptly and accurately
* Regularly reconcile supplier statements
* Work closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues
* Provide support during audits as required
* Contribute to the overall efficiency of the accounting department
* Manage relationships with suppliers effectively
* Adhere to all company policies and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
* A strong educational background in finance or a related field
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills
* Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
