MacGregor Black is partnering with a Global FMCG Manufacturing Business on the search for a HR & Payroll Officer. This is a role based in Stafford.
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team in a global FMCG manufacturing business. This junior role is ideal for someone with a passion for HR and payroll administration, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK regulations.
2. Assisting with HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and onboarding.
3. Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
4. Handling payroll queries and liaising with finance for payroll reconciliation.
5. Assisting with benefits administration and maintaining HR systems.
6. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
What We're Looking For?
1. Previous experience in HR and/or payroll administration.
2. Strong understanding of UK payroll processes and employment legislation.
3. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
4. Proficiency in HR/payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
