The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who has been working previously as a senior B1 or B2 Line Maintenance Engineer, who is able to supervise personnel and demonstrate a flexible working attitude in a fast-changing environment. Duties - The successful candidate will report to the STN Station Manager and be responsible for:
* Leadership and Management of an Engineering Shift, consisting of ~70 CRS, Mechanics and Trainees.
* Routine servicing and defect rectification of Ryanair's 737-800, 737-8200, A320 and Learjet 45 Fleet.
* Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery across Ryanair's European Line Stations.
* Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all company procedures, policies and regulations.
* Supervision and mentoring of Engineers, Aircraft Mechanics and Trainees.
The role will be based at London Stansted Airport (STN) on a 2D2N rotation working in cooperation with our client Ryanair, Europe's largest airline.
