Job Description
* Overseeing payroll processes across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
* Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with statutory requirements.
* Leading, managing, and developing a team to deliver high-quality payroll services.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislations and best practices.
* Identifying and implementing process improvements within the payroll function.
* Managing relationships with payroll vendors and stakeholders.
* Providing training and support to the payroll team.
* Contributing to wider finance projects as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful EMEA Payroll Manager should have:
* Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll regulations and legislations.
* Proven experience across multiple countries.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to problem solve and implement process improvements.
* Happy to operate solely.
* Commutable distance (3x per week) of Bracknell, Berkshire.
