We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in project management and who demonstrates significant experience within a technical environment, particularly involving a mix of science and engineering. They should have financial control exposure, coupled with proven reporting experience, and exhibit resilience and a proactive approach to challenges. Desirable qualifications include prior experience in engineering, nuclear, or within AWE specifically.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage projects with focus on Governance (compliance and reporting).
2. Management of project resources (people, money).
3. Lead the planning of the task/project.
4. Manage work as defined in the Work Authorisation Document (WAD).
5. Lead, support and initiate change against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
6. Lead, initiate and perform risk and opportunity identification and subsequent actions.
