CMA are assisting a growing healthcare company in their recruitment of a Purchase Ledger Clerk on an exclusive basis. The role is offered on an ongoing temporary basis, working 3 days per week, of which the successful candidate can choose. You will be supporting a Senior Accounts Payable Administrator to clear a backlog and also to keep on top of the work moving forward.
What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?
1. Processing purchase invoices, accurately coding, and forwarding invoices for authorisation.
2. Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details.
3. Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
4. Assisting the wider finance team.
Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger vacancy:
1. Previous experience working within accounts payable.
2. Available to start immediately.
3. Xero experience would be beneficial.
4. Ability to work in the office 3 days per week.
