What the Job Involves The Lead Practitioner is responsible for providing leadership and support to a team dedicated to delivering high-quality adult social care services. You will oversee and support delivery and performance, focusing on risk assessment and management. Your role includes mentoring colleagues, managing complex caseloads, ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies, and contributing to service specification and planning. You will also manage budgets, oversee casework and meetings, and strive to develop staff through training and coaching. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service and remaining up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices.
