We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Sales Administrator to join our team at a well-known Automotive company. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. The role is Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm based at the Milton Keynes Head Quarters.
Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Sales Team, assisting the vehicle sales process for both new and used vehicles
2. Maintain vehicle stock records in line with purchases and sales
3. Registration process of all new vehicles
4. Invoicing of all new and used vehicles
5. Bringing purchased vehicles into our stock in an accurate and prompt manner
6. Ensuring all vehicle sales documentation is in place and payment is received before handover
Required Skills & Experience:
We are looking for an individual with sales admin experience from the automotive industry. We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and experience:
1. Strong Communication Skills
2. High Level of organisation and the ability to multi-task where needed
3. Work under pressure
4. Attention to detail
5. Strong IT Skills (POWER dms experience is preferable but not essential)
