A leading property development company based in Essex is expanding its team and seeking a Block Manager to support its growing portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced block managers looking to transition into a client-side role. Your Role
You will help jointly manage a portfolio with the wider block team, providing support to the residents. This may include anything from reactive maintenance, helping place utility contracts, or assisting with the on-site health and safety implementation.

Qualifications & Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
* A minimum of 4 years’ experience in block management, successfully managing large schemes.
* Proven expertise in handling multiple Section 20 processes, liaising with Directors, Surveyors, and Principal Contractors.
* Prior mobilisation experience (preferred but not essential).
* A strong understanding of the Building Safety Act.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients, residents, and colleagues.
