Senior HRBP
Location - Norwich, Romsey, Bath or Cambridge
Salary up to 70K
My client is a global engineering business with locations across the UK and globally. This is a new role that would encompass all HR related matters across the group and day to day management of small team of HRBPs.
This role would suit someone who is used to working in a fast paced environment and a level of ambiguity that comes with a medium sized business. If you are looking for a role where you can shape and influence the HR strategy and have ambition to do a global role then this is for you.
