Job summary Pattern: Various We are looking to recruit a part time Receptionist to work in the Urgent Treatment Centres as part of our Emergency Services Directorate. You will need to have a flexible approach to work as you will cover various shifts across both of the UTCs. New Cross UTC is open 24 hours per day 365 days of the year and Phoenix UTC is open 365 days of the year 0800-2000hrs. This role is primarily patient centred and a caring, professional attitude is essential to your success. You will be working within a team of clinical and administrative staff where team work and excellent communication skills are essential. As part of the team you will be registering patients onto the Trust computer systems and carryingout a variety of administrative tasks. Knowledge of all common computer applications includingWord is essential. Specialist training will be given on 'in house' systems. You should have a good standard of general education and have qualifications in English & Mathematics e.g. GSCE or equivalent.It is desirable that you have held a full UK Driving Licence for at least 2 years.
