An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Corporate Revenues Section of the Revenues Division for the position of System Development/ Quality/Training Manager.
The successful candidate will support the Principal Control Officer in providing support services to the Revenues Division which is primarily responsible for the billing and collection of Council Tax and National Non-Domestic Rates.
About the job
The post holder will have day to day responsibility for the supervision, management and development of a number of diverse areas of work to include: the Civica W2 Document Management System, the Solchar Cash Receipting System, Customer Complaints, Training and Quality.
The post will occasionally be required to work outside normal office hours.
What We Are Looking For From You
It is a challenging and varied role, and the successful candidate will need to possess excellent IT skills, especially in relation to Document Management Systems, have an analytical approach to work and have the ability to develop practical solutions to customer problems. The candidate will be required to be a good communicator and although previous experience working in a Revenues environment is desirable it is not essential as training will be provided.
