As a dedicated teaching assistant, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing student growth through one-on-one support, whilst collaborating with teachers to facilitate lesson planning and delivery.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with teachers in preparing and organising educational resources.
2. Enhance student learning experience by assisting with lesson delivery and setting up for the day.
3. Provide valuable insights to teachers regarding student progress and development.
4. Contribute to adapting teaching strategies based on student feedback.
5. Be a supportive presence during breaktimes
Requirements:
6. Be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service
7. A real passion for working with young people
8. Excellent communication skills
