We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our thriving team at NM Services Ltd, a leading service provider of domestic and commercial maintenance and refurbishment projects. As an Office Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding customer service.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Administrator to support our team in ensuring the smooth running of our head office. From coordinating installation teams to resolving operational issues, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards, and ensuring each customer has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering Phone Calls
* Booking in quotations and planned works with tenants & clients
* Keeping NM quality management system updated with operatives scheduling and reviewing completed job cards.
* Building up and maintaining our subcontractor database
* Ordering materials
* Liaising with the external marketing team to update the website and co-ordinate social media posts.
Key Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Experience with a quality management software is desirable but not essential (for example Big Change or Job Logic)
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable but not essential.
