Job Description
1. Managing a small team of dedicated staff and volunteers, ensuring the people who need us receive the best possible service.
2. Meeting with our service users and assessing their needs, guiding or signposting them to connect with groups or to manage a health condition. You'll help them to lead independent lives and improve their wellbeing.
3. Liaising with partnership agencies to promote the service and build meaningful links.
4. Producing and maintaining monthly reports.
The Successful Applicant
1. Strong leadership skills and an ability to get the best out of people.
2. A good knowledge of health and Social Care services.
3. Ability to deliver clear written and verbal communications.
4. IT Literacy with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
