Main duties of the job Main duties of the job Psychological Assessments & Interventions : Conduct psychological assessments and deliver evidence-based treatments to individuals within the inpatient setting, focusing on improving their mental health and well-being. Collaboration with MDT : Work closely with the MDT to deliver holistic, person-centred care, integrating psychological and systemic principles to support recovery. Systemic Approach : Apply systemic knowledge to effectively engage with individuals, families, and teams. Therapeutic Activities : Contribute to ward-based therapeutic activities and support the implementation of compassionate care practices. Supervision & Development : Participate in regular supervision and ongoing training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Reflective Practice : Provide reflective practice, supervision and professional development opportunities to the team.
