Key Responsibilities: Accurately and quickly formatting candidates CVs into the appropriate divisional template Accurately inputting and attaching details onto the bespoke CRM system Answering, re-directing and taking messages on incoming telephone calls in a professional manner Carrying out other ad hoc administration duties as required by the Line Manager Abilities / Competences: Good IT Skills - using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word on a daily basis Attention to detail Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
