Domiciliary Night Care Assistant
Location: Florence Court, Trowbridge, Wiltshire
Pay rate: Up to £12.78
Contracted Hours: 10 Hours
About the Role
Are you an experienced carer with a preference to work nights?
Our Domiciliary Night Care Assistants make a real difference to our clients every day; whether it’s helping them with routines, personal care, or providing companionship, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring they lead happy and fulfilled lives. No two days are the same, but all clients live in the same building, so no travel between locations is required.
During your night shift, you’ll usually be the most senior person on site, taking charge in emergencies and ensuring the safety and security of residents and the scheme.
Joining us means becoming part of our extended family, working alongside passionate colleagues dedicated to providing care, warmth, and kindness.

About Our Schemes

About You
You will manage the night shift independently, so prior experience caring for vulnerable individuals or working in residential care is essential. It’s preferable to hold or be working towards a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. You should be good at communication, compassionate, team-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
If you believe you have the skills and attitude to excel as a Domiciliary Care Assistant in our Extra Care Housing division, we encourage you to apply and start your career with us today.
