The individual in this role will be asked to:
1. Support senior authors in creating user guides, help center articles, API docs, FAQs, and newsletters.
2. Maintain Miro boards, updating article maps, style guides, and internal processes.
3. Analyse Help Centre usage with analytics tools to gather insights.
4. Develop writing skills with guidance from experienced technical writers.
5. Update content for product changes, bug fixes, and new features.
6. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and support teams to document technical concepts.
7. Follow company style guides for consistent content.
8. Proofread and edit documents for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
9. Format content for easy navigation.
10. Use diagrams, screenshots, and multimedia to enhance documentation.
11. Learn about company products and processes to improve content.
12. Gather feedback to refine and improve documentation.
And should have experience of:
1. Writing user manuals, FAQs, or knowledge base content is beneficial.
2. Documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Google Docs, Zendesk) and maintain version control.
3. Basic content publishing.
