At TOG24, we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager within our store at Dalton Park outlet centre.
This role will be contracted to 40 hours per week working 5 days out of 7, but flexibility will be required for holidays and absence cover. Working hours will include some weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed individual who thrives as part of a team. Previous managerial experience in a retail environment is essential.
As part of our team, you will provide renowned TOG24 customer service, manage and motivate others, drive KPI's, help process deliveries & provide stock security. We expect our team to talk to all customers and help them make the correct purchasing decision. An interest in the outdoors would be an advantage.
