Roles and Responsibilities Advertising & taking ownership of job vacancies on various job boards Regularly posting on the company’s blog page (2 - 3 times per week) Create Videos for posting to social media sites Ensuring Social posting are made on Linked In 3 times per week. Produce Newsletters for Candidates and Clients as per the marketing schedule Ensure all Clients are invited to follow the Jade Recruitment Linked In Page Ensure all candidates are requested to follow us on Facebook Research and produce Instagram account for the company Review and Update SEO ratings Any other PR & Marketing ad hoc tasks Bring new ideas to Branch meetings Person Specification Creative Skills i.e copy writing; graphic design Social Media Savey of Facebook; Instagram and Linked IN Ability to work with minimal supervision Flexiblewithregardstohoursofworkandtasks Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills SoundITskillsincluding Adobe or other creative packages Conveys an adaptable and flexible attitude to the role Has a positive attitude to the success of the business’s Brand Image Proven experience of PR; Graphics; Advetising; Marketing
