My client are a boutique founder-owned company providing financial planning solutions to families and individuals. As a business, they are large enough to have depth of expertise, whilst still small enough for their team to know all of their clients personally. They now have a fantastic opportunity for 2 Junior Financial Planners, with no prior Advising experience required, to join the business and work alongside the Founder of the company. They are offering a package of £45-55k discretionary bonus. You will be shadowing the Founder on his client meetings for the first 9-12 months whilst you learn key skills surrounding the end-to-end advice process. Initially, you will be expected to support with the admin involved with these client meetings. You will gradually be provided lower value clients to get stuck into during the first 9-12 months. After 9-12 months have passed, the Founder of the firm will look to provide you with a client book around the £20m AUM range to kick start your advice career with the company. You will then be transitioned onto a performance based bonus scheme, in order to, really ramp up your earning potential You must be Diploma Qualified, due to being heavily involved in the client meeting process from day 1.
