UPS Building & Maintenance in Skelmersdale are recruiting for an Apprentice Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.
Job Details:
• Providing office support so that staff can work smoothly with customers and each other.
• Maintaining organised files and records of business activity.
• Booking jobs in for operatives.
• Assisting the team in general admin tasks.
Requirements:
• Time management skills
• Highly motivated
• Able to work as part of a team
• Strong communication skills with customers on the phone
• Microsoft Experience
GCSE Requirements:
GCSE grade 4-9 Maths and English
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm / 30 mins lunch / 40 hours per week
