Job Details: Salary Range: £39,382 - £43,679 per annum Work Location: The Castle, Winchester Hours per week: 37 Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date: 23 February 2025 The Role: The role of the SEN Data, Systems and Quality Assurance Officer will be to ensure that the quality of data is compliant with requirements stated in the statutory data returns, e.g. SEN2 survey published each year. The role will also ensure that data stored within case management systems, Capita One and the IDOX Hub, are managed effectively, kept up to date, and that staff and key stake holders are trained to a high standard to use the systems. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality improvement initiatives and analysing data to identify areas where improvement is needed. The role will also play a key part in the co-ordination of quality assurance processes to continually improve the quality of all EHC plans issued following a Statutory Assessment or an Annual Review process. You will be the main contact for the SEN Service in data quality and system improvements but also in ensuring that statutory processes are completed within timescales set out in the Code of Practice and SEND Regulations 2014.
