As an Experienced Recruiter, you will work collaboratively with the Recruitment Manager, Hiring Managers, and Key Stakeholders to support all recruitment activities across the business. Your role will involve providing a proactive, effective, and professional service, contributing to filling roles within the 30-day time-to-hire timeframe. You will play a key part in positioning Pilgrim's Europe as an employer of choice and enhancing our talent pipeline.,
* Support all recruitment activities across the business.
* Provide a first-class service to all stakeholders, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
* Build strong relationships and offer advice and guidance on recruitment.
* Ensure compliance with statutory legislation.
* Utilise all available tools to enhance recruitment processes.
Ideally hold a Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment.
* Experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment is preferred but not essential.
* Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Experience with SOx and SAP is advantageous, but training can be provided.
* Valid driving license required for travel to various sites.
