A Mental Health Recovery Worker is a core member of the 24/7 Mental Health Hub Team. The Mental Health Recovery Worker will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to meet the mental health and wellbeing needs for people accessing support, based on a person-centred approach within the building and community. To offer a welcoming service, build connections and access to a range of support and services to meet the personal needs of the individual.
* To contribute to the implementation of the mental health 24/7 Hub co-designed model and principles.
* The role will provide support and guidance to people in the 24/7 Hub and will work alongside other partnering organisations to meet the needs of the individual and support recovery.
The role will work in partnership with Statutory, voluntary, and contributing organisations.
