Job Description
This role is responsible for leading a team of Residential Support Workers in a children’s home. You will provide guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the well-being and safety of children in our care. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Leading a team to deliver high-quality care and support to children
2. Developing and implementing effective strategies to promote children’s emotional and behavioral well-being
3. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
4. Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
