Contract: Permanent, Part Time
Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 3 hours per day, flexible hours between 9am-5pm
Salary: £12.25 per hour
Location: Onsite role, based at our Westbury office
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Time and Attendance Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring accurate employee attendance and time management tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage employee attendance records, time-off requests, and shift scheduling.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations regarding attendance and time tracking.
* Generate reports on attendance, overtime, and other time-related metrics for management.
* Coordinate with department managers to resolve attendance discrepancies and time-related issues.
* Maintain and update the timekeeping system with employee data and work schedules.
* Support payroll by providing accurate time and attendance data.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in timekeeping, payroll, or HR administration.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in timekeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
