A fun, thriving and growing travelpany in Central Chester is looking for the support of 4 customer service agents over the summer months to help with a rise in workload! Huge on culture and growing skills, my client is an award-winning employer and would benefit from someone with a passion for fantastic customer service.
Your new role
Working in the customer service team, you will be responsible for inbound customer calls, speaking with guests and mitigating any issues they have. You will have access to a knowledge base of responses and have a clearly defined training schedule in your first week to set you up for success!
You will be office based in Central Chester throughout the course of your role, which will last from 1st July to August 24th inclusive.
What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit someone that has excellent customer service skills; maybe you are currently working in Retail and looking to take your first step into an office-based role? This position will give you the perfect introduction and give you a chance to grow your skillset. You will have bounds of enthusiasm and thrive in a fun and inclusive environment. Whilst experience in a similar role is not essential, you must be able to demonstrate a high level of written and verbal English to excel in this post. You will be available for the duration of the contract, which is 3rd July - 15th September, therefore we cannot amodate any holidays throughout. 1–2 days can be reviewed as an exception, but 1 week + is not viable.

Hours of work will be every other Saturday, 9-5:30pm, but traditionally you will work Monday–Friday, 9-5:30pm.
