Qualifications
9. About you
While you may, or may not have a qualification in haircare we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed.
You will have:
10. Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
11. Ability to deliver services and product demos to clients utilising state of the art technology
12. Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
13. Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
14. Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed
15. Experience of creating and executing in-store events
