£25k, Dundee area, hybrid once you are trained up and can work independently.
Full time, permanent, Monday - Friday, free parking, friendly team environment.
What you'll be doing:
1. Managing the servicing of your own geographical area.
2. Liaising with customers and supply to ensure expectations are managed and met.
3. Operating an internal CRM System as well as the use of MS Office, in particular Excel.
4. After sales administration.
5. Scheduling and managing tradesmen.
Minimum Requirements:
To be successful you must have a background in providing excellent customer service and operating multiple systems with ease, and ideally will have coordinated tradesmen diaries.
You'll be a confident person who is happy working in a fast-paced environment.
