About the role: Are you passionate about finding exceptional talent and delivering a standout recruitment experience? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape LEVC’s Talent strategy, partner with hiring managers, and ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finish. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process across all areas of the business, sourcing high-quality talent to meet current and future needs. Building Strong Relationships: Work closely with hiring managers to embed recruitment best practices, refine selection methods, and ensure they’re equipped to make great hiring decisions. Championing Employer Branding: Develop attraction strategies to position LEVC as an employer of choice, tailoring approaches for different roles and business areas. Improving Processes: Maintain and enhance our applicant tracking system (ATS), monitor key metrics such as time to hire and cost per hire, and identify opportunities to streamline processes. Delivering Exceptional Candidate Experience: Build lasting relationships with candidates, ensuring their journey from application to onboarding is seamless and positive. Leading Projects: Take ownership of recruitment initiatives, represent the talent function both internally and externally, and contribute to wider HR objectives. Essential Skills and Experience: Strong experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment legislation related to recruitment. Ability to use a variety of attraction methods, including social media and online platforms. Confidence in analysing recruitment data and trends to inform decisions. Experienced in Direct Sourcing platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Experienced supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business Experience with automotive manufacturing or EVs is a bonus Personal Qualities: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. A creative and solution-focused approach to problem-solving. Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure. Desirable Skills and Experience: Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Dealer Network, and Aftersales roles. Proven success managing complex recruitment projects or initiatives.
