The Quantity Surveyor's Role
As a key member under the guidance of an Associate, the Quantity Surveyor will engage with prestigious healthcare clients, delivering end-to-end cost management on projects valued up to £100m.
With a focus on pre- and post-contract services, this role offers the chance to develop in a dynamic environment, collaborating with leading health bodies across the Home Counties on challenging, impactful projects.
The Ideal Quantity Surveyor
The ideal Quantity Surveyor is proactive, communicative, and driven to succeed in a client-focused role. We're seeking someone with:
1. A minimum of 3 years' Quantity Surveying experience.
2. A degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction field.
3. MRICS qualification or active progress toward it.
4. Proven pre- and post-contract experience.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6. Background in a consultancy (PQS) environment preferred.
