Production Engineering
This is a site-based role at Worthing.
To manage the Operational Engineering elements (Mechanical, Electrical, Process Control & Civil) within the Manufacturing and Packaging areas, accountable for operational Engineering ways of working, compliance and application of centrally controlled disciplines and standards.

In this role you will:
1. All engineering activity within the relevant orals value stream (Manufacturing & Packaging) at Worthing.
2. Senior engineering leadership as part of the ELT group for engineering operations across site.
3. Engineering Strategy, performance, compliance, cost and ways of working to the assigned value stream both long terms & day to day accountability.
4. Direct project control of minor capital activity.
5. Accountable for all elements of equipment & engineering compliance (Quality & EHS) within value stream.
6. Management of Engineering Continuous Improvement strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
7. Degree in a relevant Engineering Discipline.
8. Experience of engineering maintenance management, minimum Green Belt in Lean Sigma.
9. Project Management skills.
10. Good financial understanding.
11. Good understanding of Quality Management System.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
12. Chartered Engineer.
