On adaytoday basis deliver high quality proactive HR support guidanceand advice to line managers and employees on the application ofcompany employment policies practices processes taking a handsonapproach when necessary.
Advises on training andrecruitment negotiating procedures salary agreements and otherpersonnel and industrial relations issues.
Deliver effective training and learning solutions to serve a rangeof business needs and the achievement of businessgoals.
Ensure to develops and recommendspolicies for personnel and industrial relations.
Support the creation of a culture of continuous learning upholdingand promoting the stated values of the company.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with line managers andemployees contributing to the achievement of business objectivesand the strategic aims of the company.
Ensurethat all matters related to employment law company employmentpolicies and data protection are implementedcompliantly.
Support with initiative andcommitment the overall objectives of the business in terms revenuecosts and teamwork whilst developing your personal competencylevels.
Ensure that employee data is maintainedaccurately in accordance with companyrequirements.

The ideal candidatewill have:
HRexperience required in a similar setting. Other appropriatevocational qualifications considered.
Ageneralist HR background in the Hospitality sector ideally withinhotels.
Ideally a learning and developmentqualification.
The ability to work in a team ina fast paced highvolume environment.

Excellentwritten verbal and interpersonal skills.
