The Penmellyn Veterinary Group are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our busy group of practices. As this role will cover multiple sites, applicants must have access to their own vehicle and a full driving license.

This role is fast-paced within a friendly team with no working day the same, so we are looking for a calm and committed person who enjoys a challenge and works well under pressure.
Candidates will need to be comfortable around animals and a background in animal care is preferred.
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
1. Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to provide 5-star customer care
2. Meeting and greeting clients with professionalism
3. Booking appointments and diary management
4. Managing telephone and email enquiries
5. Taking payment for services and products
6. Managing cash and end-of-day banking
7. Dispensing medication
8. Maintaining a clean and safe space for our clients and their pets

Your shift pattern
You will work 37.5 hours across 4 days per week, including 1:4 Saturdays.
