* Comms plan definition and execution.
* Strategic thinking while able to act and implement quickly.
* Ability to connect easily to different stakeholders across functions and divisions.
* Excellent writing skills and content creation skills.
* Event management capability.
* Understanding of local UK media and ability to engage effectively with them.
* Understanding of community relations and ability to engage effectively with a wide range of neighbours.
* Understanding of internal communications channels and ability to effectively engage with colleagues from across the business.
