An opportunity has arisen to work within the Digital Transformation Team across Thames Valley Police and Hampshire.
This role will be supporting the joint Thames Valley Police and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary, part of the Digital Business Change (DBC) department by assisting with the implementation and adoption of the Digital Strategy. This will be achieved through engagement with end users, involvement with in-scope projects and maintaining excellent working relationships with ICT and business stakeholders. Likely work will include, but not limited to:
1. Supporting and engaging with the business to understand how they can maximise the use of the current technology.
2. Sharing best practice both online and in person.
3. Understanding and advising on the impact of digital change.
4. Assisting with the day-to-day running of the Digital Change Network and Change Champions.
5. Resolving end user queries when escalated to the DBC team.
The role will allow the post holder to support frontline officers and staff enabling them to achieve their best through the technology available to them.
Candidates will have recent and relevant experience in business change project management with proven experience of delivering and embedding change.
Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills will be evidenced. Candidates will demonstrate planning, prioritisation and dependency management skills and the proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
