The Role We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support our Head of Finance and HR in managing confidential data. You will have experience of working with confidential information, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good problem solving and organisational skills and the ability to deal with conflicting priorities and to work consistently to a high standard within tight deadlines. Maintain and update confidential employee and financial records in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations. Assist in preparing reports and documents as needed, ensuring compliance with data protection standards. Assisting with scheduling and coordination of meetings/interviews Manage administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management. The person Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role, Experience in dealing with confidential data. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Experience in taking minutes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
