Temporary Contract
Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division is recruiting for our client, a successful FMCG company based in East Kilbride. We have an immediate requirement for a Customer Service Advisor to support on a temporary basis.
Based in a small Customer Service team of 5, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers over the telephone and by email.
Responsibilities Include
1. Communicating with customers and suppliers, both verbally and in writing, including over the phone with both inbound and outbound calls, to resolve issues and build relationships.
2. Allocate and resolve supplier queries within SLA's.
3. Record information on the in-house CRM system and escalate if necessary.
4. Participating in initiatives that help improve customer service, processes, and procedures.
Experience Required
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Ideally previous experience of working in a similar customer service role such as contact centre, retail, etc.
3. Able to problem solve.
4. Confident IT skills including MS Office and ideally CRM databases.
5. Available to commence employment immediately and support for the full contract duration.
