Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve overdue invoices.
2. Work collaboratively with internal teams to address credit-related issues.
3. Monitor credit limits and assess creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
4. Set credit limits and payment terms.
5. Prepare accurate reports and maintain financial records.
6. Handle customer queries professionally to maintain strong relationships.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Credit Controller requires:
1. Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in financial software such as SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
5. A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
