About the role:
As we embark upon our next phase of development, we are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dedicated Headteacher to join us in September 2025 and lead our vibrant school community and build upon the success of our current leadership. This recruitment is seeking to bring new talent into our school and organisation to continue to lead the rapid improvement of the school. As Headteacher you will lead by example, and will work with the governing board, leadership team and through consultation and engagement with the school community to drive school improvement and effectiveness, promote best practice and ensure our schools ethos and strategic direction are embedded and sustained.

▪ A forensic knowledge of up-to-date secondary education pedagogy, and an outstanding classroom practitioner with the knowledge, understanding and practical application of effective teaching and learning strategies to raise standards
▪ Demonstrable successful senior leadership and management experience with recent, significant positive track record of impact
▪ Evidence of preparing schools for Ofsted and improving Ofsted ratings
▪ Demonstrable experience of successful line management, holding staff to account and leadership development in others
▪ Ability to analyse data to inform school improvement
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
