This Marketing Business Development Assistant role will join a dynamic team within a leading regional law firm and play crucial role in support Business Development Managers in their efforts in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Within this Marketing Business Development Assistant role, you will be responsible for:
Marketing:
* Updating and maintaining internal communications channels
* Building and editing surveys
* Supporting the use of CRM systems
* Assisting with legal directory and award submissions
Client Relationship Management:
* Keeping client information up-to-date
* Preparing and following up on Client Listening Interviews
* Collating and analyzing client feedback
* Supporting the development and implementation of client service plans
Business Development:
* Assisting with pitch preparations and capability statements
* Supporting the management of major public sector frameworks
* Coordinating attendance at industry events and awards
* Managing BD budgets and invoice tracking
The successful candidate for this role will have:
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
