Job summary The Village Medical Centre We are a busy GP Training Practice in the heart of Wallasey Village. We are looking to recruit a Reception/Administrator with General Practice experience. You must have excellent communication, organisational and computer skills. Main duties of the job Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, a polite telephone manner and good IT skills. Experience of working in General Practice is preferred. The role requires a flexible approach to working to provide additional cover when required. The purpose of this role is to deliver a high level of customer care to patients. The receptionists are front-line and should promote a professional and friendly image to patients and visitors at all times. They also provide an essential support function to the clinical and management teams. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team, and be prepared to be front facing as well as dealing with enquiries via telephone. The scope of the role is wide ranging. You will be supported by an experienced Reception Team Manager.
