The role of an Internal Communications Executive at We Are Adam involves creating and implementing a comprehensive internal communications framework. This framework ensures effective and timely information sharing across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and Implement Internal Communications Framework: Develop and maintain a structured approach to internal communications, ensuring all stakeholders receive relevant information in a timely manner.
* Compile and Distribute Health & Safety Bulletins: Create and disseminate regular updates on health and safety policies, best practices, and any necessary alerts.
* Develop and Send Monthly Newsletters: Curate engaging content for company-wide newsletters, highlighting achievements, updates, and important announcements.
* Curate Content for Quarterly Meetings: Prepare and present relevant information for quarterly communications meetings, ensuring all attendees are informed and engaged.
* Manage the Company Intranet: Maintain and update the SharePoint intranet, ensuring it remains user-friendly, up-to-date, and accessible to all employees.
* Collaborate with HR: Work closely with the HR team to draft, update, and communicate company policies and procedures, ensuring clear understanding among employees.
* Promote Company Culture: Develop and disseminate content that fosters a positive company culture, promotes employee engagement, and encourages teamwork.
* Support HR and Managers: Assist HR and managers in implementing initiatives that promote unity, engagement, and open communication within the organization.

Requirements
* Experience: Internal communications or public relations experience is preferred.
* Education: A bachelor's degree in communications, PR, journalism, or a related field is desirable.
* Skills: Enthusiasm, curiosity, strong content curation skills, strategic thinking, excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and project management capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with SharePoint or similar intranet platforms.
* Attributes: Collaborative team player, creative thinker, problem-solver, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
