Global Sourcing Manchester Limited, a leading clearing company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will manage an existing portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met.
Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, sending offers, and maintaining regular communication via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
* Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide offers, updates, and support.
* Process inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly.
* Send and follow up on product offers.
* Represent the company at trade shows twice per year.
* Maintain accurate records of customer communications and orders.
Skills and Experience:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Local to Radcliffe, Manchester (or surrounding areas).
* Reliable and professional.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential.
* Part-time working hours - TBC
* Salary dependant on skills and experience.
