Key Responsibilities; Conduct Field Visits: Visit designated tobacco stores within the assigned area.
Provide product training and demonstrations to store owners and set up marketing displays in the store.
Assist in Product Procurement: Help store owners with product orders and provide product samples.
Customer Insights & Feedback Collection: Engage with store owners through conversations and surveys to gather key information on customer preferences and store feedback.
Marketing Support & Distributor Coordination: Provide marketing materials, maintain relationships with distributors, coordinate promotional activities at distributor warehouses, and monitor distributor PSI (Product Sales Index).
Market & Consumer Research: Conduct market and consumer research to support company initiatives and strategies.
Trade Shows & Events: Participate in trade shows and events, representing the brand and engaging with customers.
Reporting: Submit weekly and monthly reports on market insights and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales in the vaping industry.
Age: 18 years old or above.
Knowledge: A strong understanding of the vape industry, especially disposable products.
Skill: Willingness to travel frequently.
A valid driving license is required.
UK citizenship.
