Your Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
* Lead & Inspire - Manage a team of Deputy Managers & Residential Care Workers to deliver outstanding care
* Ensure Compliance - Maintain all legal, statutory, and Ofsted requirements
* Create a Safe & Supportive Environment - Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards
* Drive Performance - Use data and best practices to improve outcomes for children
* Build Strong Partnerships - Work with local authorities, partner agencies, and stakeholders
* Manage Budgets - Ensure responsible and effective use of resources
* Develop the Service - Work with the Responsible Individual to enhance service quality
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced leader who is dedicated to making a lasting impact in children's social care.
Essential:
* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* Commitment to obtaining a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
* Significant experience working in a children's home
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations & safeguarding principles
* Proven leadership and management abilities
A full UK driving license is desirable.
