Greek Speaking Credit Controller (12 month maternity contract) 100% home based £40,000 - £45,000 A large global telecommunications company is currently looking for a Greek speaking Credit Controller to join its global credit management team on a 12 month maternity contract. You will manage a varied portfolio of blue chip and SME customers. The ideal candidate will have experience within in Greek collections with Maritime/Marine experience a distinct advantage. Partnership with Sales is a key success factor, and you will need to demonstrate this skill from the start. Reporting into the Credit Manager, your duties will include: Review all accounts and and perform collection activities; initiate next steps and follow-up action plans. Analyse and resolve problems by coordinating with appropriate departments to drive operational excellence in the order-to-cash application cycle Respond to external/internal queries regarding payment and case escalation status Meet established standards for collection performance Maintain detailed records of customer contact activities Partner with Sales & other internal stakeholders to communicate status of accounts and expedite resolution Skills/Experience required: International credit control experience Fluent Greek and English Excellent oral and written communication skills Commitment to customer relationship building Establishing and achieving performance goals Must demonstrate customer centric, analytical, and problem-solving skills Good Excel skills Experience of Sidetrade a distinct advantage If you are interested in this vacancy please contact CWC Recruitment Ltd.
