Job Description
Everyday tasks include:
1. To offer assistance to our clients by undertaking their personal care and helping with their tasks such as shopping and household chores
2. To maintain strict confidentiality of client and company at all times
3. To work one on one with clients and have the ability to prioritise tasks
4. To offer support wherever necessary to ensure the client is well looked after
5. To report any issues of concern to the Care Team or Registered Care Manager
6. To ensure the level of care is compliant with CQC standards and Home Instead standards
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
7. Full drivers licence and access to you own vehicle (business car insurance)
8. A warm, compassionate and personable nature with the ability to work with patience, tact and understanding
9. A smart phone to access the Home Instead app
10. To live in Ilkley, Skipton, Otley, Keighley, Guiseley, Yeadon or surrounding areas accessible by car
Home Instead provide continuity to both clients and Care Professionals, meaning you will see the same clients every week, with minimum 1 hour visits, enabling you to build a relationship and a routine in the comfort of their home, focused around quality of life.
